From Corporate Burnout to Plant Wisdom
This work began with my own longing for something more whole—a quiet, persistent ache beneath the burnout, disconnection, and chronic fatigue. I wasn’t searching for another productivity hack or a perfect routine. I was searching for wholeness—the kind that lives in the body. I wanted to feel at home in myself.
So I slowed down. I listened. I turned to plants, to the rhythms of nature, to moments of stillness that asked nothing of me. What I found was a different way of living—one rooted in nature.
