Workshop content is for informational and educational purposes only, and is based on my personal experience and education as an herbalist. Content shared during a workshop experience is not meant as a substitute for professional advice. I am not a nutritionist, therapist, or licensed medical professional. You should discuss any and all questions about your diet, exercise regimen, supplements, or medications with your physician or qualified medical professional before implementing any changes or alterations to your lifestyle.

Payments

Full payment is due at time of booking to schedule the workshop or secure your space in one. A single point of contact and payer is required for each booking to keep things streamlined and simple.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change! Our policies offer flexibility while also accounting for the time and materials required to prepare for each workshop.

Rescheduling a Workshop

  • You may request a reschedule up to 7 business days before your scheduled event at no cost.

  • Reschedule requests made less than 7 business days before the event may incur a 25% rebooking fee based on the total event cost.

Cancelling a Workshop

  • Cancel 14 days or more before the session → Full refund.

  • Cancel 13 to 8 days before the session → 25% refund.

  • Cancel 7 days or less before the session → No refund, but your fee can be applied to a future booking.

  • No shows → No refunds.

  • If I need to cancel the workshop → You’ll receive a full refund.

Why this policy?

We use high-quality herbal ingredients in our workshops. After a workshop is booked, we order the necessary supplies to ensure they arrive on time and at optimal quality. If you cancel after 14 days before your session, your supplies have already been ordered.
