For the seeker who knows there’s a deeper life waiting to be explored.

For the soulful professional who senses something missing in the gap between meetings.

Together, we create a spacious pause to explore where your joy lives now — and what it’s trying to teach you. Using a blend of intuitive questioning, nature-based wisdom, and seasonally guided practices, we trace the patterns of what lights you up, what drains you, and what wants to grow.

This work isn’t about chasing surface-level happiness. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the layers. It’s about reclaiming joy as a practice — one that can guide your choices, your energy, and your sense of purpose.

Joy Circles are for shared healing with kindred spirits.

  • Offered three times a year in alignment with the turning of the seasons.

    Three 75-minute sessions held on Friday mornings (PST) over 3 weeks

    • Early Fall (September)

    • Early Spring (March)

    • Early Summer (May)

  • Each session will include 6–10 participants.

    Meeting every Friday mornings (PST) for 3 weeks in a row.

    Each session will be 75-minute in-person or live online, depending on which offering you choose.

    Each participant will receive a seasonally aligned guided workbook about joy.

    • $150

    • Option to add-on a 1:1 coaching session at a discounted rate.
