While I provide expert guidance and plant recommendations tailored to your space, the success of plants depends on factors outside my control, such as weather conditions, soil quality, pests, and ongoing maintenance. I cannot guarantee plant health, growth, or longevity. Garden results may vary based on environmental conditions, implementation, and ongoing care. I provide guidance to help you make informed decisions, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Non-Licensed Work

I am a garden consultant, not a licensed landscape architect, contractor, or horticulturalist. My services are advisory and do not include architectural landscape designs, construction, or other licensed services. It is why my services do not include installation, direct planting or maintenance. For such needs, I recommend consulting the right professionals and am always happy to refer you out.

Delivery of Plans & Recommendations

For services that include deliverables, such as concept plans, plant lists, or recommended next steps, materials will be provided within SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS following the consultation. If additional time is required due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you promptly.

Client Responsibilities

The implementation of recommendations provided during the consultation is the sole responsibility of the client. While I provide actionable advice and resources, it is up to you to execute and maintain the garden plan.

Garden Coaching Service Radius

Onsite consultations are limited to the following areas: North Seattle, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue. However, I am always open to working with clients eager to incorporate more wellness into their outdoor spaces. For clients outside the service radius, we can discuss options, but please know that additional mileage fees may be applied.

Revision Policy (Applicable ONLY for Apothecary Clients)

Any adjustments or revisions to deliverables must be requested within FIVE DAYS of receiving them. Revisions are limited to minor changes and will require a 30-minute Zoom or phone conversation to ensure changes are captured. Significant alterations will incur additional fees. Revised plans will be provided within FOURTEEN BUSINESS DAYS of the review conversation.

Payments

Full payment is due at time of booking to secure your consultation appointment.

Reschedules or Cancellations

Reschedules: You may reschedule your consultation with at least 48 hours of your appointment time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made after 48 hours of the appointment incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Consultation appointments will not occur until the payment is made in full.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once a consultation has been completed, refunds are not available.

For clients who book an Apothecary Package, your two follow-up sessions never expire. You are welcome to book those at any time. If you determine that you no longer need or cannot use the two follow-up sessions (e.g., you move to a new place) you can apply the remaining funds to other services or workshops in the future, or transfer the value to a friend/family member.
